The Draco System is a Dwarf Spheroidal Galaxy containing about 100,000 stars located at distance of 67,000 parsecs. The Draco System is an independent galaxy which is a little larger than the average globular cluster in our Milky Way. The Draco System is also a part of our local group of galaxies which includes the Milky Way, the Andromeda Galaxy, and about 24 other galaxies within a few million light years of the Sun.
